Reflectrr is an early-stage, voice-first journaling tool that reimagines how students and professionals engage with personal, academic and professional reflection. Leveraging artificial intelligence, Reflectrr transcribes spoken reflections and surfaces emotional and cognitive insights, fostering deeper self-awareness, critical thinking, and emotional resilience—particularly for those who find traditional written journaling challenging.
Alinea supported Reflectrr during its feasibility phase to validate the problem-solution fit and chart a course toward early adoption in higher education. This collaboration focused on in-depth user research with students and educators, early-stage prototype testing, and strategic planning for pilot partnerships. Core activities included stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and competitive analysis—all contributing to a targeted go-to-market strategy aimed at securing traction with early adopter institutions.
