Anchored in the EntreComp Framework, Empower develops core entrepreneurial competencies through three structured programs — Ideas & Opportunities, Resources, and Into Action — each consisting of five modules. Participants learn to recognize opportunities, mobilize resources, and translate ideas into concrete outcomes. This stage forms the basis for ideation and equips participants to methodically create and evaluate new ventures on Engage.
